ChristopherEWhite - This product has always had shorts. You can find another version in my catalogue that is just the sign (http://de.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=3568080). You may have experienced some bug caused by IMVU or been confused about which version you bought. Note this product is called Censor Bar PANTS and the description states that shorts are included.
