hi..i just purchased your CW YouTube Player. It looks great and I am familiar with the type of player and how to play songs and playlist from it, but for some reason it is not working. I'm not sure what is happening. Can you correct or refund credits I used to purchase it, if you can't help me to get it working? Thanks.
